Inez Lynch Alfaro is a feminist photographer based in Santa Cruz, CA. Her work explores the intersection of gendered power and analog image-making processes. Set to graduate from UCSC with a double major in Studio Arts and Feminist Studies, her works explore the power relationships between the camera, the body, and garments. Informed by her embodied experience as a queer woman, she intervenes in photographic traditions by investigating cultural constructions of gender.
